Water UK’s submission to the NAO review of regulation in the water sector

This document sets out Water UK’s response to the National Audit Office (NAO)’s review of water regulation. 

It is more important than ever for regulation to be effective in incentivising investment in the water sector to meet the challenges we face now and in the future. However, the current system of regulation is ill-equipped to meet these challenges.
