Water UK has four Policy Advisory Groups, working across our policy priorities areas.
The PAGs develop policy priorities and deal with immediate issues.
The four PAGs are listed below. The groups develop and implement policy within the framework set by the Board and are overseen by the Council. Membership of PAGs consists of Council members together with co-opted non-Council members. A full review of PAGs and their membership takes place each year.
The PAGs meet four times a year on a timetable fitting around Board and Council. Additional meetings may be held throughout the year when required.
The Customer PAG's focus for this year is to help shape the operation of markets in the water sector, and their regulation, in the long-term interests of customers, and enhancing levels of customer and stakeholder trust in the sector.
